Paul joined Gresham in 2014 as Senior Advisor and is based in the Sydney office.
Paul has over 35 years' experience in the financial services industry. He was Chief Financial Officer of Genworth Australia from January 2013 - February 2014 and Group Managing Director, Strategy and Corporate Services with Telstra from February 2011 - January 2012.
Paul was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of St.George Bank from November 2007 and CEO and Managing Director from February 2008 until its merger with Westpac Banking Corporation in December 2008.
Prior to joining St.George, Paul was based in the UK as Chief Operating Officer of Yorkshire Bank.
He had held director positions in both Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank and a series of other senior appointments with National Australia Bank in Australia, the US, Hong Kong, the UK and Ireland.
Paul holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Will is a Senior Advisor of Gresham’s corporate advisory business, Gresham Advisory Partners Limited and is based in Sydney. Will has over 35 years experience in the corporate advisory and investment banking industries.
Prior to joining Gresham, Will was Vice Chairman, Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch (International) Australia. Will was previously a Principal of Centaurus Corporate Advisory Services, one of Australia’s leading boutique advisory businesses, which was merged with Merrill Lynch Australia in 1997. Will has extensive board experience having previously been Chairman of Engin Limited, Vice Chairman of Roc Oil Company Limited, Chairman of NSW Rugby Union Limited and a director of Parbury Limited.
Will’s experience spans a broad range of industries and corporate finance transactions both domestically and globally including mergers and acquisitions advice and capital raisings.
Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, is a fellow of the Australian Society of CPA’s and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark joined Gresham in 2011 as Senior Advisor and is based in the Sydney office.
He has spent more than fifty years in banking and corporate finance and retired as Deputy Chairman of Macquarie Bank in 2007 and as Chairman of Macquarie Infrastructure Group in 2010. He has also served as Chairman of AGL Energy, Alinta Energy and Guinness Peat Group, and been a Director of Westfield Group and One Market Limited.
Previous affiliations include Chairman of the ASIC External Advisory Panel, Chairman of the US Study Centre Foundation at Sydney University, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the APEC Study Centre at RMIT University and director, AsiaLink. He has recently retired from the Board of Governors of the Institute for International Trade at the University of Adelaide, and the Advisory Council of SMART Infrastructure Facility at the University of Wollongong. He is Chairman of Dateline Resources, a junior gold development company; and a Non-Executive Director of Stonehouse Corporation, a funds management business.
Mark was Chairman of the Australian Financial Centre Task Force in 2009-10, an Australian Government initiative directed towards ensuring efficiency and competitiveness in the financial services sector. From 2002-2013 he was one of the three Australian representatives on the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and Chairman of the APEC CEO Summit in Sydney in 2007. He was Chairman of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute from 2005 to 2008.
Mark was awarded the Order of Australia (AO) in 2010 and is a Commander of the Order of the Crown (Tonga) and a Life Governor of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of Melbourne, and an MBA from Harvard. He is a Fellow of the AICD.

Geoff is a Senior Advisor to Gresham Partners Limited based in Sydney and Beijing. Dr Geoff Raby was Australia’s Ambassador to China from 2007 to 2011.
Geoff was the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) from 2002 to 2006. He has held a number of senior positions in DFAT, including First Assistant Secretary, International Organisations and Legal Division (2001-2002), Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organisation, Geneva (1998-2001), First Assistant Secretary, Trade Negotiations Division (1995-1998), and APEC Ambassador (2002-2004). He was head of the Trade Policy Issues Division in the OECD in Paris during 1993-95.
Geoff holds non-executive director positions with ASX-listed Yancoal, OceanaGold and Netlinkz. He was previously a director with Fortescue Metals Group and Isentia. Additionally, he is Chairman of VisaAsia, Gallery of NSW, Murdoch University’s Vice Chancellor’s Advisory Board and Australia-China Institute of Art and Culture’s Advisory Board. He holds a number of other corporate, advisory and not-for-profit roles.
Geoff is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Asia Society. He holds an Honours Degree in Economics, a Masters in Economics and a PhD from La Trobe University. In 2015, Dr. Raby was part of the consultative committee for the draft of Australia's National Strategy for International Education. In recognition of his contributions to advancing relations between Australia and China, he was made Friendship Ambassador to Shandong Province and an Honorary Citizen of Chengdu City.
Geoff was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in June 2019.
