Michael Joined Gresham in 2025 and is an Executive Director within the Corporate Advisory business.
Michael has over 8 years’ experience across Australia and New Zealand in investment banking and corporate advisory. Prior to joining Gresham, Michael worked in Macquarie Capital’s infrastructure advisory team in Sydney and Forsyth Barr’s investment banking team in Auckland.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Canterbury.

- Advisor to ART, MAM and SAS State Super on the sale of their 74.25% of Queensland Airports Limited to KKR and Skip Capital
- Advisor to Infratil on the sale of its 51% stake in Manawa Energy to Contact Energy via NZ$1.9bn Scheme of Arrangement
- Advisor to GPG in relation to it’s A$2.3bn portfolio refinancing for eight operational wind / solar / battery assets and two solar assets under construction
- Advisor to Mercury Energy on its NZ$797m acquisition of Tilt Renewables’ New Zealand assets via NZ$3.2bn consortium Scheme of Arrangement
- Advisor to Eastland Group on the NZ$260m sale of its electricity distribution business Eastland Network to Igneo / FirstGas
- Advisor to Trustpower (now Manawa Energy) on the sale of its electricity, gas, and telecommunications retail business for NZ$441m
- Advisor to Pacific Equity Partners / Intellihub on the NZ$270m acquisition of Metrix from Mercury Energy
- Advisor to Trustpower on the A$168m sale of its Australian hydro assets
