Gresham Distribution Partners partnered with Antin Infrastructure Partners, a leading value-add infrastructure investment firm, to offer Australian and New Zealand wholesale investors access to Antin’s flagship Fund V.
Antin’s Fund V raised €10.2 billion (USD $10.7 billion), surpassing its €10 billion target. Fund V continues Antin’s strategy of investing in market-leading infrastructure businesses across Europe and North America in key sectors, including energy and environment, digital, transport, and social infrastructure.
Through the Gresham AIP V Feeder Fund, Australian and New Zealand wholesale investors, including private wealth firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, have had the opportunity to participate in this premier investment.
Gresham continues to act as Trustee to the local feeder fund vehicle, which is closed for new investments.

Gresham has partnered with Tekne to offer Australian investors access to a Global Technology Fund in the Emerging Markets/Non-US spectrum.
- Tekne Capital Management, LLC (‘Tekne’) is a fundamental equity manager that focuses on investing in technology, media, digital consumer, and telecommunications businesses globally (ex-US).
- Tekne manages a concentrated portfolio of liquid, publicly listed securities (predominantly large caps) and seeks to add value through stock selection informed by systematic and rigorous fundamental analysis of individual equities. Tekne was founded in 2012 by Beeneet Kothari who is its Managing Partner and Principal Portfolio Manager.
- Typically, Tekne will hold 9-12 high conviction stocks on a long only basis. The average market capitalisation of a stock in the Tekne portfolio is US$25bn.1
- The Gresham Tekne Feeder Fund invests into Tekne’s Long Only Offshore Fund (“Tekne Fund”).
- Applications are accepted on a monthly basis and must be received at least eight business days before month-end. Eligibility is limited to wholesale clients, and applications are subject to a detailed Information Memorandum and fund documentation. - Gresham Property was founded in 2001 and has one of the longest track records in real estate private debt in Australia.
- The Gresham Property team has achieved a successful final close at $760 million of wholesale investor commitments for its latest Fund, the Gresham Property Fund No. 8 (GPF8).
- The GPF8 investment strategy follows the team’s successful prior funds that were focussed on unitranche debt loans funding real estate development transactions.
- Unitranche loans offer borrowers an efficient single step funding solution which replaces the traditional two-stage “senior plus mezzanine” approach to funding and are typically secured by first ranking security.
- GPF8 investors have an exclusive right but no obligation to participate in additional potential co-investment opportunities via a GPF8 “sidecar funding tranche” as well.
- With the support of GPF8 investors, in addition to funding investments through the main Fund, GPF8 has made Sidecar investments for a further $950 million.
- The Gresham Property Fund No.8 is closed for new investments.
StepStone VC Group Secondaries Fund V – Gresham SSF V Feeder Fund

- StepStone integrates fund, secondary, direct and co-investments across private equity, infrastructure, private debt and real estate.
- StepStone’s secondaries platform offers a unique risk adjusted access point to exceptional VC deal flow and an excellent track record across four prior fund vintages.
- Gresham partnered with StepStone to establish a Feeder Fund for local wholesale investors to obtain an efficient access point to the StepStone VC Secondaries Fund V opportunity.
- The opportunity was strongly supported by a range of leading local wholesale investors including private wealth firms, family offices and high net worth individuals.

StepStone VC Group Secondaries Fund VI – Gresham SSF VI Feeder Fund
- GDP was also appointed during 2023 to establish a Feeder Fund for the StepStone VC Group Secondaries Fund VI opportunity for local wholesale investors and participated in a recent close of this opportunity.
- The opportunity was strongly supported by a range of leading local wholesale investors including private wealth firms, family offices, foundations and high net worth individuals.
- Gresham continues to act as Trustee to the local Feeder Fund vehicle, which is closed for new investments.
Blackstone Real Estate Partners VI L.P
- Gresham was appointed by Blackstone to raise wholesale capital from the Australian institutional market as a part of their global capital raise for the Blackstone Real Estate Partners VI L.P., a 10 + 2 year closed-ended vehicle.
- As a part of this exercise, Gresham established a local Australian Feeder Fund (the Australian Private Equity Real Estate Feeder Fund) to aggregate and facilitate the flow of investor commitments from Australia into the ultimate US entity.
- Gresham successfully led the local capital raising for this product securing commitments from Australian Superannuation Funds as a part of the highly successful global US$10.9 billion capital raise, which at the time, was the largest real estate opportunity Fund ever raised.
- Gresham continues to act as Trustee and Fund Administrator to the local Feeder Fund vehicle.
- The Australian Private Equity Real Estate Feeder Fund is closed for new investments.
Blackstone Green Private Credit Fund III (BGREEN III)
- Gresham was appointed by Blackstone to raise capital from the Australian and New Zealand wholesale investor markets as part of the successful global US$7.1 billion capital raise for the Blackstone Green Private Credit Fund III (BGREEN III), which held its final close in 2023.
- Gresham established a local Australian Feeder Fund (the Blackstone BGREEN Gresham Feeder Fund), to aggregate and facilitate the flow of Australian and New Zealand investor commitments into the ultimate US entity (via a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership).
- Gresham continues to act as a Trustee to the local Feeder Fund vehicle.
- The Blackstone BGREEN III Gresham Feeder Fund is closed for new investments.
