Sebastien is Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Advisory.

Sebastien joined Gresham in 2016 from Grant Samuel where he was a Director and key member of the Capital Advisory team based in Sydney. Sebastien played a significant role in an extensive number of capital advisory engagements for clients such as Caltex Australia, Iluka Resources, Qube Holdings, Leighton Holdings, Mainfreight, Whitehaven Coal, Telstra, APN News & Media, Fairfax, G8 Education, Navitas, WEL Networks, Ausdrill, Cardno, The University of Sydney, Nufarm, and the restructuring of Emeco and Slater + Gordon.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Sebastien worked for 8 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he was a Vice-President in the Institutional Banking and Markets division.

Sebastien has arranging and advisory experience on transactions with a cumulative value of more than $50 billion. He has experience in domestic and international funding markets having advised companies on, and arranged capital in: the bank market in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom; capital markets including the AMTN, EMTN, Retail Note (senior and subordinated), Convertible Note, hybrid, US 144A, Reg.S, and US Term Loan; and structured funding markets including project and asset finance.

Sebastien holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and is an Associate member of CPA Australia.

Louise is Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Advisory.

Louise has 18 years' experience developing and executing complex debt financing solutions for corporate and private equity clients across a wide range of industries. She has led transactions in Australia, New Zealand and Europe for investment grade and high yield borrowers and has a deep understanding of the full spectrum of domestic and international funding markets including the global bank market, asset based loan market and capital markets including AMTN, EMTN, US 144A, US Private Placement and hybrids.

Louise has completed significant debt advisory mandates for clients such as Dexus, GIC, Kelsian, Ampol, Stockland, Invocare, HT&E, ALE Property, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, LOGOS Property, AVID Property Group, NZME, Macquarie University, The University of New South Wales, Navitas, Cardno, Billabong, Fairfax, Whitehaven, Ausdrill and Kelly Partners.

Prior to joining Gresham in 2021, Louise spent 10 years at Grant Samuel where she was a Managing Director in their Capital Advisory team based in Sydney. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Louise worked for 7 years at Rothschild in London, where she joined their Debt Advisory team as a graduate.

Louise holds a BSc Economics from The University of Nottingham and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stuart joined Gresham in 2018 and is an Executive Director in the Gresham Debt Advisory team in Sydney.

With more than 13 years of banking experience, Stuart has worked on a range of debt financings covering domestic and international funding markets including the global bank markets, and capital markets including AMTN, EMTN, US 144A, USPP. Stuart’s industry focus is equally diversified having advised public and private clients across infrastructure and transport, real estate, mining services, industrials, retail, and the leisure and entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining Gresham, Stuart gained over 8 years banking experience in the corporate and institutional segments with HSBC and ANZ, working on a variety of transactions across a range of sectors.

Stuart holds an extended Major in International Business from the Queensland University of Technology.

Cole has over 10 years’ combined advisory, banking and engineering experience having previously worked at Westpac Institutional Bank and Whitehaven Coal.

Prior to joining Gresham, Cole was part of the Energy & Resources team at Westpac with a focus on Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours I) from the University of Sydney.

Kristen joined Gresham in 2021, bringing 8 years of banking experience across multiple asset classes, industries and financing instruments.

Prior to joining Gresham, Kristen worked at Metrics Credit Partners, originating a broad range of corporate and leveraged acquisition transactions to borrowers across the full risk spectrum.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
