Ami joined Gresham Property Funds Management in 2010 as Joint Managing Director and a member of the Gresham Property’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Gresham, Ami worked at Macquarie Bank for 12 years in various roles in the property business, with his last 5 years as an Executive Director.

Ami draws on his broad experience to manage Gresham Property's managed funds and Advisory business. This experience includes establishing stand alone project finance; setting and arranging debt syndicates; debt structuring and distribution; capital raising advice; senior, mezzanine and equity financing arrangements for property developments and existing assets.

At Macquarie, Ami was also instrumental in the growth of its Real Estate lending platform including the establishment of its US and UK businesses which focused on the provision of Unitranche Property debt and where his role included the structuring assessment and approval of the loans made.

Ami’s experience transcends the entire life cycle for varying projects, from design and conception, establishing a financing plan, negotiation, structuring of documentation and execution, being a member of the PCG/board of investee companies, to completion and disposal of projects.

Ami holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) / Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Commerce (Finance) from the University of NSW.

Mike joined Gresham Property Funds Management in 2004 as Joint Managing Director.

Prior to joining Gresham Mike was Director, Structured & Property Finance at Bankwest – this group carried a loan book of over $3.5b of committed facilities in the real estate, private equity and infrastructure sectors. Before that he had roles as Principal responsible for Real Estate Capital Markets within Ernst & Young’s Estate & Hospitality Services Group - advising clients on capital raisings and funding structures and as Chief Executive of Lend Lease Project Finance – with a wide spectrum of responsibilities including development of off balance sheet funding structures for Lend Lease and its development partners.

Mike is responsible for the groups management of funds raised from institutional and wholesale investors. GPFM is a specialist fund manager focused on value added management of institutional capital invested as debt secured against property assets. Since 2002, GPFM has managed four property mezzanine debt funds and, since 2017, four senior debt funds providing finance to both property owners and property developers.

Mike has a breadth of financing experience across property, project, infrastructure and structured finance, and has worked on 'all sides of the table' - at different times procuring, structuring, arranging and providing funding. He has developed and placed new securitisation products, raised capital for new funds and advised on the design and implementation of off-balance sheet structures for listed companies.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Tony joined Gresham in 2000 and is a Director of Gresham and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Gresham Property.

Between 1970 and 1972 Tony worked with Loeb Rhoades & Co. in New York, and in 1972 joined Hill Samuel Australia becoming Managing Director in 1984.
When Hill Samuel became Macquarie Bank in 1985, he was appointed its first Managing Director and CEO.
In 1994 Tony was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Boral Limited, and retired in February 2000 when the Company was split into two companies: Boral Limited and Origin Energy Limited.

Tony was a Director of Jawun - Indigenous Corporate Partnerships 2006-2022 and chair for 8 years. Tony has served as a Council Member of The National Gallery of Australia and is a Director of The National Gallery of Australia Foundation Board.  He was a director of Musica Viva Australia from 1983-2000, of The Sydney Institute from 1993-1997, a Member of the Board of Management of the Australian Graduate School of Management from 1991-1998 and 2004-2006, and a Member of the Australia Council from 1978-1982.

Tony graduated from the University of Sydney with an Honours degree in Economics, and received an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Management.

Tony was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 1992.

Alex joined Gresham Property Funds Management in 2012 and is a Senior Advisor.

Prior to joining Gresham, Alex worked with Investec Bank (Australia) Limited in various roles in the Structured Real Estate Finance business and with the CRI Group of Companies in development and corporate real estate. Over that period, Alex has sat on the boards and committees of a number of peak industry and charitable bodies. Alex’s industry experience spans 32 years including over a decade as Chief Operating Officer of a Western Sydney based developer/builder.

Alex’s experience includes a particular focus on development. He has overseen completed real estate development with a capital value in excess of $4.9bn and advised on transactions with a capital value in excess of $4.0bn. The scope of completed transactions includes advising on partner selection, development agreement, structured sale and leaseback and loan facilities to facilitate mixed use developments with a capital value of $750m for Coles in the Sydney metropolitan area, advising on rezoning and joint venture of elements of a 330ha mid-western Sydney quarry asset for Boral, directing as principal the acquisition, design/approval and development of $350m of residential projects to capital raising, as well as equity, mezzanine and senior debt funding for metropolitan residential, mixed use and commercial development assets.

Alex holds a Masters of Land Economics and Graduate Diploma (Urban Estate Management) from University of Technology Sydney, Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) from The Australian National University.

Tim joined Gresham Property in 2021 as a Special Advisor.

Prior to joining Gresham, Tim spent 17 years at Westpac, predominately in various leadership roles in the property finance industry, with his most recent role as Executive Director, National Head of Real Estate, Westpac Institutional Bank.
With over 30 years experience in the banking and finance sector across a broad range of industries, Tim’s experience has included leadership in structuring finance for large property developments (in excess of $8bn over recent years) and providing sophisticated solutions for property investors.

Relationships across a broad range of clients, including Institutional organisations, large private investors and property developers along with leadership of a range of Property Specialists has provided great insights into the different drivers of the market and the different decision points for both Private and Institutional capital.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, Post Graduate Certificate in Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University and Certificate of Executive Leadership, UNSW Business School.

Nick joined Gresham Property Funds Management in March 2013 as an Executive Director.

Prior to joining Gresham, Nick worked in London for six years within the real estate teams at ABN Amro and then the Royal Bank of Scotland. During this time he was exposed to loan structuring, portfolio management, loan work outs and portfolio loan sales. Nick’s time in London culminated with the structuring of the financing for a £1.4bn loan portfolio sale, Europe’s first CMBS secured on a nonperforming loan portfolio since the global financial crisis.

Nick holds a Masters of Applied Finance (Macquarie), Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Matt joined Gresham Property as an Investment Director in October 2023.

He has over +20 years of experience in the Australian institutional real estate market. For 4 years, Matt was the Head of Debt Advisory, Australasia at JLL, which forms part of the broader JLL Asia Pacific corporate advisory business.

Immediately prior to JLL, Matt held the role of VP for Brookfield Asset Management in the Real Estate Investments team. Matt worked in various capacities across investment management, asset management, funds management and institutional grade transactions, across various asset classes.

Prior to Brookfield Matt worked at Bankwest Property Finance (post- CBA acquisition) and Macquarie Bank - Real Estate Capital originating property transactions.

Matt is based in Brisbane and will work between Brisbane and the Sydney office.

Rachelle joined Gresham Property in September 2025.

Prior to joining Gresham, Rachelle spent 26 years at National Australia Bank in various corporate and institutional roles, with her most recent role as Director, Corporate & Institutional Property – WA, SA, NT.

Her experience encompasses origination complex deal structuring, execution and managing client portfolios for large scale property developers and investors.  Rachelle was recognised as NAB’s expert for complex master planned land subdivision financings and provided deal structuring support across the country for this asset class.  Career highlights have included leading and structuring the debt package to support the issuance of a Perth ASX listed developers inaugural corporate bond issuance and facilitating NAB’s first revolving trade finance facility for a private corporate.

Through her career, Rachelle has held credit authorities and led transactions across multiple Australian property markets.  Relationships with institutional organisations, large corporates, and private family office investors, along with leadership of geographically diverse property finance teams, has provided insight into various property market fundamentals, and the bespoke requirements of private and institutional investors.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Commercial Law) from Curtin University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Nayan is an Associate Director for Gresham Property and is based in the Melbourne office.

With over 10 years of experience in property finance, Nayan’s expertise covers real estate development and investment finance across various asset classes specialising in deal structuring, execution and loan management.

Prior to joining Gresham, Nayan worked for a boutique property investment management firm gaining exposure across the entire capital stack.  Nayan has worked for a ‘Big 4’ Bank in both commercial and institutional property finance with his last role as Portfolio Manager responsible for the analytical functions for Bank of Melbourne and BankSA property divisions.

Nayan holds an Honours degree in Commerce and a Bachelor or Property from the University of Auckland.

Jerome is an Associate Director for Gresham Property and is based in the Melbourne office.

Prior to joining Gresham, Jerome worked as a property analyst and advisor at Urbis. During his time there, he advised and negotiated on behalf of clients seeking to procure commercial office space as well as undertaking development feasibility analysis and creating key internal financial models.

Prior to joining the property industry, Jerome gained experience in software design, mathematical modelling and primary/secondary physics research projects.

Jerome holds an Honours degree in Physics and a Graduate Diploma of Valuations from the University of Melbourne.

Summer joined Gresham Property Funds Management in July 2021.

Since joining the firm, Summer has been a core contributor to the end-to-end execution and management of many property private credit transactions across Australia and real estate sectors, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Prior to joining Gresham, Summer worked at ANZ Bank in the Structured Asset Finance team, specialising in tailored asset finance solutions for specialised assets, or to delivery specific cash flow and/or balance sheet outcomes for institutional customers.

Summer holds a Bachelor of Commence from the University of Melbourne and holds a Chartered Accountant designation.
