Rachelle joined Gresham Property in September 2025.
Prior to joining Gresham, Rachelle spent 26 years at National Australia Bank in various corporate and institutional roles, with her most recent role as Director, Corporate & Institutional Property – WA, SA, NT.
Her experience encompasses origination complex deal structuring, execution and managing client portfolios for large scale property developers and investors. Rachelle was recognised as NAB’s expert for complex master planned land subdivision financings and provided deal structuring support across the country for this asset class. Career highlights have included leading and structuring the debt package to support the issuance of a Perth ASX listed developers inaugural corporate bond issuance and facilitating NAB’s first revolving trade finance facility for a private corporate.
Through her career, Rachelle has held credit authorities and led transactions across multiple Australian property markets. Relationships with institutional organisations, large corporates, and private family office investors, along with leadership of geographically diverse property finance teams, has provided insight into various property market fundamentals, and the bespoke requirements of private and institutional investors.
Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Commercial Law) from Curtin University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Australia.
